filmmakers. fashion & film (7 august
– 14 november 2010) comprised a
three-part program of feature films,
documentaries and videos exploring
fashion and its relationship to cinema
— this fashion Life, glamour: adrian
and the golden age of hollywood,
and masquerade.

extremely popular. highlights included
extravagant cinema: from cabiria to
the inferno (26 may – 2 June 2010),
bond, Jane bond: hong kong action
women of the 1960s (23 July –
1 august 2010) and pier paolo pasolini:
we are all in danger (3 november –
1 december 2010).
the gallery has collaborated with
a number of organisations through
the australian cinémathéque, and
many of these film programs would
not have been possible without this
