In 2008 the Gallery Members program took on a new
life, with significant membership growth, a new name
and a redeveloped suite of benefits and events.
A membership drive during ‘Andy Warhol’ increased
membership by more than 400 per cent and during
‘Picasso & his collection’, an additional 1182
members joined.
Gallery Members have access to on-site talks, tours,
lectures and lunches at the Gallery, exclusive film
screenings, artist workshops and interactive tours
for Young Members, and a range of special offers
and discounts. Also new to the program is ‘First Look’,
a monthly opportunity for members to see works
recently acquired for the Gallery’s Collection.
A full-colour regular program of events provides
a detailed guide to what’s on for members.
