WHAT’S ON: 9–25 JANUARY
Celebrate the world of heroic deeds, epic journeys and sacred stories with ‘Myths and Legends’, the Australian Cinémathèque’s major summer cinema program screening from the 9 January until 8 March 2015.

A companion to last summer’s popular ‘Fairytales and Fables’ program, ‘Myths and Legends’ explores the powerful relationships between celebrated folklore and modern cinematic storytelling.

Don't miss the opening night live music and film event featuring the classic silent film The Passion of Joan of Arc 1928 and the vibrant sounds of post-rock instrumental band hazards of swimming naked.

Cinemail readers have the chance to win one of 5 double passes to the opening screening of The Passion of Joan of Arc 1928 or Aliens 1986 this Friday night.
