NOVEMBER & DECEMBER ‘ Goobalathaldin Dick Roughsey: Stories of this Land ’ is the first major retrospective exhibition celebrating the work and life of the highly regarded Mornington Island artist, jointly curated by QAGOMA and Cairns Art Gallery. The artist’s sons, Raymond and Duncan Roughsey, attended the opening at Cairns Art Gallery in November, and the exhibition will show at QAG from March 2019.
