Photograph: Chloë Callistemon RIGHT | ‘ Problem-Wisdom: Thai Art in the 1990s ’ (16 September 2017 – 12 August 2018 | QAG) showcases influential figures in the development of contemporary art in Thailand. Significant works by Vasan Sitthiket, Pinaree Sanpitak and the late Montien Boonma, and important early contributions by Navin Rawanchaikul, Kamin Lertchaiprasert and Natee Utarit, all consider the social and political, as well as spiritual and meditative principles. National Gallery Singapore’s Adele Tan gave a visiting talk on the display. GOMA Restaurant received two hats in the Good Food Guide 2018 , and was ranked the #4 restaurant in Queensland by Delicious magazine.
