Items produced include magnets, scarves, socks, enamel pins, and an umbrella. The Store also stocked an exclusive range of artist-produced items, including jewellery from Lola Greeno and Areta Wilkinson, handwoven baskets from Milingimbi Arts, bitter sugar candies from Elia Nurvista, and plastic wearable art pieces from Maryann Talia Pau. One of the standout products was limited edition honey – the result of a collaboration between New Zealand artist Ann Noble, Bee One Third and the QAGOMA Store. Developed in response to Noble’s hive located in GOMA, the honey was sourced from within a three-kilometre radius of the Gallery and featured Noble’s artwork on the packaging. The Food and Beverage outlets created themed offerings during APT9, which included working with artist James Tylor to create Kuarna-inspired menu items for the QAG Cafe, a ‘Bee One Third’ honey dessert and Asian-themed food items for the GOMA Restaurant and GOMA Cafe Bistro. Working with artist Elia Nurvista, a mural for the QAG Cafe was commissioned and installed linking the exhibition to the dining area. 64 RETAIL, FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
